Shipment and returns

Tribaliste.com processes orders from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays), and it takes an average of 48 hours for us to receive and process your order. During peak times (sales, Christmas, private sales…), shipping can take slightly longer due to the important number of orders to process.

Shipment takes 3 to 5 working days once your order has been validated. You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.

You can modify your delivery address as long as the package has not been shipped. To notify us of this change, you will need to contact our customer service email: service-client@tribaliste.com

Package delivery procedure

A signature upon delivery is required to receive the package at the delivery address indicated in the order. In the event you are absent, a delivery slip  will be left in your post box. You will be able to collect your package at the post office indicated on the slip. Please remember to bring your identity card and the slip to collect the package at the post office. The post office will require you to sign for the collection of the package.


  1. Order confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email containing all your order information and validating your purchase.
  2. Shipment: You will receive an email within 48 hours confirming that the package has been given to the transporter.
  3. Delivery: The transporter confirms the shipment of your package. In the event your package does not arrive within 10 working days after shipment, or for all other issue linked to the shipment/delivery of your product, we invite you to contact us directly at: service-client@tribaliste.com

You will receive a customer satisfaction questionnaire by email, which we have put together so that you can share your overall impressions of your Tribaliste.com experience. This helps us continue to improve and better our products and services.


If when delivered the product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days upon delivery to make a claim and initiate the return process

 How to return a product?

  1. Send the return form to service-client@tribaliste.com. (Download the form)
  2. You will receive an email confirming the reception of the form and the processing of your request.
  3. Tribaliste.com will send you a packing slip by email so that you can proceed to return the package.
  4. Once Tribaliste.com has received the package, a confirmation email will notify you that the reimbursement has been taken care of (Cf. Article 10 Retraction). You will receive the reimbursement within 14 days.

Note: All our carpets are artisanal products made entirely by hand. They may have some light imperfections which are characteristic to artisanal work on a loom. These slight imperfections make each piece unique and are testimony to the authenticity and originality of our products.
